An authorized person must be present at the time of pick up and delivery, if you are not available. Please note, most auto transport companies are paid for upon delivery, you will need to provide your contact person with the necessary form of payment.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?2016-09-12T15:34:08-05:00

Payments are broken down into two payments. The initial payment will due ONLY when the carrier is assigned. This is called the broker or reservation fee which can be paid by PayPal, credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover or Amex) and debit card. The remaining payment will be due to the driver at the time of pick up (c.o.p) or at delivery (c.o.d) in the form of cash, cashiers check or money order. The drivers only accept these forms because they will use the money on the road for fuel, food, lodging, etc.

YES, the carriers we use must have bumper to bumper coverage up to $100,000 for open carriers and bumper to bumper up to $1,000,000 for enclosed carriers.

YES, all of our carriers are licensed, bonded and insured. Our FMCSA Motor Carrier Number is MC-781547.

NO, there are no hidden fees. Your quote will include the fuel surcharge, tolls, door-to-door shipping, as well as insurance coverage. If your vehicle is not running or is over sized, we require that you inform us prior to scheduling the auto transport so we may provide an accurate quote.

YES, our carriers provide door-to-door service. We will make every attempt to accommodate our valued customers. If accessibility is not possible, our drivers will arrange a reasonable alternate location.
